Terms of Use

Please read the terms carefully as they govern your use of COINVOICE. By accessing, using or attempting to use COINVOICE in any capacity, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access COINVOICE or utilize COINVOICE services.


1.General Provisions

1.1 When you register a COINVOICE Account successfully, you will be give a pair of username and password. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your COINVOICE Account. You shall agree to treat your access credentials (such as username and password) as confidential information, and not to disclose such information to any third party. 


1.2 The COINVOICE Account can only be used by the account registrant. COINVOICE reserves the right to suspend, freeze or cancel the use of COINVOICE Accounts by persons other than account registrant. 


1.3 COINVOICE provides content through the Service that is copyrighted and/or trademarked work of COINVOICE or COINVOICE's third-party licensors and suppliers (collectively, the "Content"). For clarity, Content shall include all such content accessed by you at any time. You acknowledge that the Service has been developed, compiled, prepared, revised, selected and arranged by COINVOICE and such third parties through the application of methods and standards of judgment developed and applied through the expenditure of substantial time, effort and money and constitutes valuable intellectual property of COINVOICE and such others. Accordingly, you shall protect the proprietary rights of COINVOICE and all others having rights in the Service during and after the term of these Terms and comply with all written requests made by COINVOICE to protect its and others' contractual, statutory, and common law rights in the Service.


1.4 When you use COINVOICE Services, you agree that you will not:

1.4.1 Copy, manipulate or aggregate any Content (including data) for the purpose of making it available to any third party;

1.4.2 Trade, sell, rent, loan, lease or license any Content or access to the Service, whether commercially or free of charge;

1.4.3 Violate, bypass or circumvent any security measure intended to limit or prevent access to the Platform, Content or Service; 

1.4.4 Make use of any of our trademarks, service marks, trade names or logos or those of any third party displayed on the Platform;

1.4.5 Modify or remove any copyright or other proprietary notice in the Content;

1.4.6 Use the Website, Content or Service for or in connection with any activity that (i) violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, including without limitation, or (ii) involves proceeds of any unlawful or illegal activity.


1.5 We may disclose your personal data as permitted by law in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violation of our intellectual property rights, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violation of our agreements, or as required by law.



2.Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Content shall be protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights and are the intellectual property of COINVOICE, and its affiliated companies, licensors and suppliers. COINVOICE actively protects its rights to the Content to the fullest extent of the law. COINVOICE strives to ensure that all information contained on the Platform and the Services is correct and up to date.


2.2 The Platform and the Services contain links to third-party websites, resources and advertisers. COINVOICE does not control, endorse, sponsor, recommend or otherwise accept responsibility for any third-party content. Because we are not responsible for the availability of these outside resources, or their contents or privacy practices, you should direct any concerns regarding any third-party content to such third-party. We accept responsibility for the content of external websites linked to through the Platform or the Services. Third party content is accessed at the user’s own risk.


2.3 COINVOICE does not verify and takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the content provided by any such third-party publishers.


2.4 You acknowledge and agree that COINVOICE is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by reliance on any material contained in the Platform and Services.



3.Privacy Policy

3.1 We may collect personal identification information such as your phone number and name from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You can always refuse to supply personal identification information. We may collect non-personal identification information about you whenever you interact with our Website. We use the information we collect from or about you to help us personalize and continually improve your experience on the Platform.


3.2 We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we have about you against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.


We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time so please check this page occasionally to ensure that you are happy with any changes. By using our Platform or our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by this Privacy Policy.


4.Data Retention

4.1 You acknowledge that we may establish general practices, limits and restrictions concerning use of the Site, and the posting of User Content. These restrictions may include a limit on the number of days that message board postings or other submitted content will be displayed on the Platform and/or retained by us, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on our servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Platform in a given period of time. 


4.2 We assume no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or loss of any User Content, or for our failure to receive or store submitted content for any reason, including without limitation malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software. 


We reserve the right to change these general practices, limits and restrictions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice.



5.Legal Liability

5.1 If you upload, post or submit any content on the Service, you represent to us that you have all the necessary legal rights to upload, post or submit such content and it will not violate any law or the rights of any person. COINVOICE may reject or remove any submissions that COINVOICE believes, in its sole discretion, include any inappropriate or prohibited material.


5.2 You will not will not hold COINVOICE liable for any special, consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages, whether in tort, contract, or any other legal theory, arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement or your use of or attempt to use COINVOICE, including (but not limited to) damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data. This limitation on liability shall not be affected even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 



6.Disclaimer

6.1 COINVOICE is provided on "as is" basis and without any warranty whatsoever. We and our affiliates and third party service providers disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all warranties, express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights, or any other warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, whether oral or electronic. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or mobile device, loss of use, or loss of your user content.


6.2 All the things you do and all the information you submit or post to COINVOICE remain your responsibility. You will not hold us legally liable for any of your user content or actions that infringe the law or the rights of a third party or person in any way.


6.3 Our goal is to serve both your and community interests, so if you have an issue or dispute, you agree to raise it and try to resolve it with us informally. 



7.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, without prior notice. You are bound by any changes to these Terms upon our posting of such changes on the Service. You should check these Terms often to make certain that you are aware of the most current Terms.
